Salt of the Earth. Watercolor, oyster shell.

She is one of my Oysters from the Natural Earth series. This one just sort of calms me, and she has become a fast favorite, which makes my heart so happy. I hope she calms you too. Her colors are true to life, salt greys and sand browns and that pearly white inside. I have never eaten an oyster, and I never will, but I absolutely love painting them, the free flowing way they emerge on the paper.

This is an authenticated, archival Fine Art Print of my original watercolor, on heavy-weight archival paper with a texture that closely resembles the original. Each print includes my signature. Prints are made to order, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Available unframed in 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 inches.
