Summer Renaissance. Watercolor on linen, Great Blue Heron.

Painting marsh life helped me feel connected and at home here in Charleston. Great Blue Herons have become part of that feeling, and Summer Renaissance brings one into the tall grasses of the marsh. I painted the original on linen, and this print is on linen canvas too.

Colors: soft blue, grey, deep navy, olive green and warm linen.

This is an authenticated, archival Linen Canvas Print of my original watercolor, on 100% cotton loose canvas that looks very close to the original painting. It can be framed with or without glass.
